Flip Over Plum Cake is this weeks selection for Tuesdays With Dorie You really can't believe how easy this is. It mixes up in record time but, it tastes wonderful. I have made this for many years but simply called it a cobbler. I usually make it with blackberries or peaches. Making it with the plums was a delightful change. I loved it. Add a scoope of vanilla ice cream and it doesn't get it any better .Thanks to Becky of Project Domestication for hosting this week.

Classic Brownies
Brownies are amazing. They are simply chocolate, butter, eggs, and a little flour. Here at Tuesdays With Dorie we have made brownies many ways, but these may be the easiest ones that we have baked. Our brownies today are made special by adding nuts (I used pecans) and espresso powder. It really doesn't get any better. Thanks to Anne of Anne Strawberry for hosting this week. My husband just couldn't resist taking a picture of his brownie with ice cream and chocolate sauce. Yummy.
