It's summer and it's hot, really hot. So, what better recipe to pick than Chocolate Sorbet. This sorbet is surprisingly creamy even though it is made with milk. It also has a very, very strong dark chocolate flavor. If you like dark chocolate then you will love it. My husband who is not a chocolate lover, had to opt out of this one. What a beautiful photo you made! Mine was melting so fast I had to snap quick. Yes, you would have to love chocolate to like this recipe. It was very chocolatey. my husband is not a big fan of chocolate either, but he enjoyed a few bites of this.
