Fresh Mango Bread

This weeks Tuesdays with Dorie is Fresh Mango Bread and it was chosen by Kelly of Baking with the Boys.




It took two cups of chopped fruit for this recipe.




I followed the recipe just as it was written only decreasing the ginger to 1 teaspoon.



The bread has a nice texture and made perfect slices.





It tasted even better the next day.

Your bread has nice texture and looks moist and yummy! My bread slices did not look as nice as yours, not at all!
