Cornmeal Shortbread Cookies are this weeks selection for Tuesdays With Dorie. These cookies are made like regular shortbread cookies but they have a twist, cormeal. They are very buttery with an added crunch. They can best be discribed as different. They were not my favorite type of shortbread cookie but my husband loved them.
