Toasted coconut in a creamy custard, whipped cream, and rum. What a great flavor combination. I love it. It is one of my favorites. If you like coconut cream pie then you will love this tart. Don't leave off the toasted coconut on the topping. It makes such a nice finishing touch. Thanks so much to
